Description

Come and learned the basic language of the Senegal /Gambia region of West Africa. All classes will be located in the Girls Gym at Sherman park and will start promptly at 3pm. Ayodele Drum & Dance exists to foster community from a feminine perspective through the study and performance of diasporic African drum and dance. Ayodele Drum & Dance is in residence at Sherman Park, through the Chicago Park District’s Arts Partner in Residence Program, which unites artists and communities in Chicago’s parks.
