Job description Angles Cleaning LLC is seeking an janitorial supervisor to oversee service providers, and work with the General manager & CEO on resolving customer issues. As a Angles Cleaning LLC Janitorial supervisor, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, communicate with the General manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments,Train new cleaners for new locations, fill in locations when needed for days off vacation time Etc. and perform building Inspections, and,resolve customer complaints you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, managing, and maintaining records Angles Cleaning LLC emphasizes a dedication to serving our customers with excellence in all we do. Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous management experience Bilingual (Spanish) a plus 2 years management or supervisor experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Prompt, regular attendance FLOOR CARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS STRIP &WAX,CARPET CLEANING MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE COMPANY CAR OPTION
