Looking for someone with general handyman experience, including painting, carpentry, electrical, yard maintenance, snow cleanup. I have probably a few hours of work to be completed every month or so. Paying $30/hr cash. If things go well, I'd also like to hire this person long-term, for general maintenance of the property over the years.
