Join us outside at Santa Monica Beach to breath, stretch, and flow with an ocean view! If you've missed your yoga practice or are just looking to move your body and meet some new and amazing like-minded people then come flow with us at the Beach! :) We will meet right on the sand at Santa Monica Beach to stretch and connect in this beautiful LA weather with an incredible ocean view. Classes are for people of all ages and all skill levels. We are here to support and guide you throughout your entire practice; holding a safe space to explore new ideas with your body and mind. A little bit about us :) We are Luciana and Nicole! We received our Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance in 2018. We are so excited to share this outdoor space with you and to get our bodies moving together! Please bring your own yoga mat, water and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster or blocks. We also recommend bringing a large beach towel as well as sunsreen and sunglasses since we will be out in the sun :) Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in, settled and grounded into your space. Sundays |10:30 am | Santa Monica Beach (PCH and Montana) FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM: NicandLu_Yoga ADDRESS: 810 Pacific Coast Hwy, Santa Monica CA 90403 MEETING SPOT: We will be at the beach directly in front of the parking lot at 810 Pacific Coast Hwy. In front of the lot is a boardwalk. Take that down to the beach and we will be to the right. Just look for other yogis and yoga mats! :) PARKING: There is a parking lot right in front of the beach at 810 Pacific Coast Hwy. Parking for the whole day is $12 (good excuse to make it a little beach day ;). Another option if you want street parking is to park above on Ocean and Montana and take the stairs down to the beach and give yourself a little booty workout! NOTE: Attendees are asked to follow CDC recommended COVID-19 guidelines including practicing a social distance of 6 feet.
