Blind Wine Tasting with a 4-Course Dinner
Join us for a wonderful evening where we will enjoy delicious housemade dishes curated by Chef Ron Spada in this beautiful historic space paired with wines selected by our favorite sommelier, Tyler "The Wine Guy".
We are adding in a fun twist this time around, as the wine pairings will remain unknown until the end of the dinner.
There is community seating at tables of 10. Doors will be open to the indoor patio area to create an open-air environment.

Menu:
Course 1: Gatewood Waldorf Salad – apples, roasted pecans, cherries, celery, scallions, curry-Duke’s mayo, honey
Course 2: Mom’s Green Bean Casserole – green beans, mushrooms, onions, brie
Course 3: Mac n’ Cheese – fresh pasta, oven-roasted plum tomatoes with gorgonzola cream and walnuts
Course 4: Cornbread & housemade sausage stuffing topped with brined, fried turkey and gravy
