Join us on October 21, 2020 for Championing Women: A Leadership Summit, with keynote speaker, Pat Wadors, a panel, and networking. During this event, we will rejoice in our experiences and similarities as we talk about “Championing Women.” Our Keynote Speaker, Pat Wadors, is Chief Talent Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at ServiceNow. Pat Wadors joined ServiceNow in September 2017 and serves as the Chief Talent Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer for ServiceNow. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Wadors was Senior Vice President Global Talent Organization at LinkedIn where her focus was on recruiting and developing top talent, driving organizational transformation, supporting a highly engaged workforce and growing LinkedIn’s global footprint. Additionally, Wadors held human resources leadership positions at Plantronics, Yahoo!, Align Technology and Applied Materials. Wadors earned her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in human resources management and a minor in psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. The Junior League of San Jose (JLSJ) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. JLSJ has played an integral role in the development, improvement and support of Santa Clara County during its 50-year history, having given over $5.4 million to the community and 750,000 volunteer service hours.
