YARD WORK- Leaves raked/mulch spread

I am looking for a 1 or 2 people to rake leaves to street for city pick up. I have a few bags of mulch that I need spread around some plants. I can pay $20 per hr. per person. minimum 4 hrs pay. Thank you!
