Gastromaniac Homemade Pasta & Pizza Presents First Annual Truffle Wine Dinner On December 16th, 2021 we are hosting our first Truffle Wine dinner in celebration of this upcoming truffle season. In collaboration with Urbani Truffles, we are excited to bring a unique dining experience to the South Lake Tahoe region. With a thoughtfully curated four course menu and wine pairing, chef owner, Nicola Ambra showcases the delicate wonderful flavor of truffles with authentic traditional Italian dishes. Details: 1. Two Seatings : 5:00 pm (approx. 25 tickets available) & 8:00 pm (approx. 25 tickets available) 2. Tickets for the four course dinner will NOT include wine pairing. Guests will have to purchase an additional ADD-ON for the wine pairing. 3. Limited seating available for this private event. Presale tickets only. No walk-ins. 4.
