Enjoy the fall weather in the beautiful botanical garden of the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center. This 60-minute yoga class is accessible to students of all levels and backgrounds. This will be a gratitude donation based yoga class from $10, 17, and $20. 50% of the proceeds will go to The Beach Institute, a non-profit 501c3 organization. Pre-registration is required. Yoga mats are included, and you are welcome to bring your own. We will provide water and little ones are welcome. Leo is a 500+ hour certified yoga instructor, with over 10 years of experience with yoga. She is the CEO of the Indigo House, as well as a reiki master, coach, and meditation specialist.
