Emotional & Conversational Intelligence Growth Workshop to improve your emotional awareness and gain skills to speak what's on your heart. Danielle Salts of Aspire EQ, an Emotional Intelligence Company and Kelsey Dietz of the Convos with Kelsey Podcast are teaming up! Together we present to you the opportunity to attend NINE Emotional and Conversational Intelligence personal growth workshops. These working sessions are meant to revitalize your growth mindset, improve navigation of your emotions and develop skills to speak what's on your heart. Each of the nine workshops build on each other, but don’t worry, you can also take them individually. Each course will offer different activities and skills to master, so you can come to one or to get even more and come to them all! In this session: This workshop will be an activity packed 2.5 hours to help you focus on your identity to find authenticity and to empower yourself to live the life that is meant for you. Sometimes in order to do that, we first have to examine our past and try to reframe the way we are telling our own story, internally and externally. The way we speak of our past and present greatly impacts our future. We are also excited to introduce you to the world of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and to provide a FREE personalized EQ assessment and report. We will dissect your results as a group and use this new information to learn how to implement EQ into your life, to become more self-aware, more intentional, and more purposeful. Please join us as we create a space to embrace continual growth in our currently chaotic reality. To make the most of our time, there will be a little time set aside to socialize (with opportunity for food, beverages and friendship making) but please come prepared to work (dig deep, focus) during our time together. We promise you will leave each workshop with new friends AND tangible take-aways to improve your life. This workshop is for women who are looking for an opportunity to learn more about themselves. Women who are ready to get to work and live authentically. There will be moments that call for vulnerability and you may find yourself triggered, but these are also the same moments that bring awareness and growth. These workshops are a safe place to fall apart and to grow together. Covid Considerations: It is important to us that we hold this workshops in person. We want to foster human connection as we grow our Emotional Intelligence practice. However, we want you to know that it is also important to us to be responsible with our health. We are mask supportive and we have limited the number tickets available for each session to ensure attendees are able to maintain appropriate distance. Plus, the lowered class size enables us to focus more intimately on your specific assessment results to maximize your workshop results. Danielle is a Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Vital Signs Assessor and SEI Facilitator. She is a certified Life Coach through The Life Purpose Institute and an aspiring mediator. Throughout life, Danielle has always felt that there was more to communication than just words and that human connection should be the ultimate goal of a conversation. She has a passion for guiding people on a path of growing their Emotional Intelligence and believes that if we all knew ourselves better, this world would be easier to navigate. Kelsey is a podcast host with a mission to highlight the impactful women that grace the state of Idaho as they inspire, educate and challenge listeners to grow. She continually aims to find ways to share what she learns on her own journey of self discovery. She is also an expert conversationalist, facilitator, and process improvement seeker by day; driving crucial communication and problem-solving to help keep patients safe in a healthcare setting. She specializes in teamwork and conflict resolution and change management.
