Shecara Possible is the President & CEO of Esteem We Inc. 501c(3) providing Life Skills Training, Education and Information Referral to youth ages 13-19 and their families in urban and underserved communities across the U.S. Founder of Detroit Possible Inc. and Principal of AJC Business Strategy and Digital Marketing Consulting.     Shecara holds a Masters of Arts in Executive Leadership (with a Non-Profit Concentration) and is Certified in Leadership and Management from Liberty University. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications -Television, Film & Media (Broadcast Journalism) from California State University- Los Angeles (CSULA) and recently Cerified in Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from Columbia University Business School. Shecara is the creator of AOS-123 Get Started By Getting Organized TM an organizational system for entrepreneurs to get started and grow in business.
