Start your weekend with a workout class featuring the local instructors from the Lake Nona Performance Center.
Join us each Saturday morning at Boxi Park along with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. November 27th is Lake Nona Performance Club. The class will be Belly & Bum.
If you are looking to strengthen your back and your belly, then train your bum. An active bum will improve core strength because it is the foundation of the core. Great core strength, naturally activates every time you move, keeping your lower back and bum happy. Light weights, bands, and a core training ball may be used in class as you abduct, bridge, plank and even bicycle your way to stronger foundation.
Classes are only $5 (plus EB fee)!
Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start time.
