We are looking to hire a Landscaper/Laborer to help manage a private garden and landscape, as well as assist on a few construction sites when needed. This is a full-time, year-round position. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills as a gardener and land manager and this position has the possibility for growth. SOME OF THE PRIMARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ● Eye for detail ● Eye for landscape aesthetics ● Knowledge of small power tools,, fruit tree trimming, roses, ect. ● Irrigation system troubleshooting and maintenance. ● The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform labor 5 days a week is a must. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR: ● Ability to effectively understand and communicate with the owner. ● Hard workers with good attitudes and an ability to learn ● Dependable and safety person COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: ● Competitive pay depending on experience ● Full health benefit ● One week paid vacation and 7 paid holidays
