Press release from Lake Street Diamond Company: Nov. 13, 2021 Lake Street Diamond Company announces the closing of their store in the heart of downtown Kirkland, after 37 years as the area's most-beloved fine jewelry store. "Our retail business never faced a crisis like COVID-19. We didn't know if we would survive the 2020 shutdown. In the end, we not only survived closing for 3 months, we've thrived. With hearts full of gratitude for everyone's support, we've decided now's the time to turn the page on this chapter of the Lake Street Diamond Company story. We will retire after the 2021 Holiday Shopping Season and close our store. While this is a difficult decision, Lu and I are excited about what comes next," said Vince Isaacson, Founder at Lake Street Diamond Company. Beginning Tuesday, November 9, 2021 Lake Street Diamonds will start the Retirement Celebration Sale with discounts up to 70% off every item in our store. The store is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. All the jewelry in the store must be sold by January 2022. Founded in 1984, Lake Street Diamond Company is the longest operating local jeweler in the Kirkland area.
