BROOKLINE, MA — The Public Schools of Brookline has officially started vaccinating children ages 5 to 11, hosting its first pediatric vaccine clinic on Tuesday at the Lincoln School and administering 118 vaccines to local families.
The district's next clinics will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 17 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, December 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lincoln School.
"Now that the COVID-19 vaccine has been approved for individuals 5 years and older, we encourage you to vaccinate you and your student(s) as soon as possible," said Superintendent Linus Guillory in an update Friday.
Families are asked to only book an appointment if they definitely plan on going to the PSB clinic due to limited vaccine spots.
