Why are conservative so afraid of change? progress...?

We all tend to resist change a bit, but conservative republicans are at the extreme. When Henry Ford in vented the automobile, conservatives called them the devils contraption. They resisted and clung to their horse drawn carriages. When the television was invented, progressives bought them, conservative resisted them. Now everyone has at least one TV in their home. When cell phonon technology first came out, republicans resisted. Now every single one of them has a smart phone in pocket. Now, alternative fueled vehicles are floodingnthe market and Republicans once again are in a tizzy. Nobody is going to force you to buy an EV or Hybrid or a bio fueled vehicle. You will but one within the next decade, but nobody will force you to do it. Change is good. Do not be so top tight.
