I need to fix/change something in my apartment, couple days of work. I don't care about your permits, papers or licensing. NO CRAZY PRICES! I am not paying 500$-1000$ per day, don't even bother text me with that offers. You has to be neat person with his own tools, who don't smell marijuana. We can do shopping in Home Depot for some extra needs. What I need to do: Fix some small holes in the walls. Install one small glass in the window frame (old style, was broken). Remove old and install new window blinds. Remove old and install new fans on the ceilings. Fix few doors in closets. Install new door knobs. Some touch paint job. Put missing tile on the balcony.
