Small dog hit by car

I’m sorry to say that this afternoon my husband and I came across a small (maybe 15lb) light brown/tan scruffy terrier mix who was deceased on the side of Tukwila International Blvd. I did not see if the dog was male or female, but it was wearing a Seahawks tshirt/jersey. We had stopped to adjust our daughter in her car seat and happened to park in an empty lot. We did not have any way to collect the dog and take it to a vet to be scanned for a microchip or we would have. We also did not take any photos of the dog itself, but I have included pictures of where we found it. It is between some bushes and not really visible from the road, only from this small parking area. If this is your dog, I’m sorry for your loss.
