Downtown Idaho Falls Horse Drawn Trolley Ride Can you hear the Jingle Bells? That means they are coming to give you a Downtown Horse Drawn Trolley Ride. Limited to One family group per ride of 8 or less per ride. Please stand 6 feet apart in the line. Rides available: November 27th from 3 - 5:15 and Saturdays in November 28th, December 5th, 12th, and 19th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Pick up and drop off spot is across from the Civitan Plaza (south east corner of Park Ave & B Street) Presented by Idaho Falls Downtown Development and the Downtown Historic Foundation.
