Missing male cat

Missing male cat. His name is Buddy. No collar as he never keeps it on. Neutered. He was limping, left rear paw has an injury. We had just brought him home from the vet on Monday, he had one dose of his medicine before he had gotten out. We have his vet records. Missing since Monday night 11/8/21. Please if you have seen him let us know. We miss him so much. Area of middlebrook pike/west hills/piney grove church rd.
