This is a Continuing Education class for CERT graduates. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THIS CLASS IS POSTPONED TO A FUTURE DATE. CONTINUE TO REGISTER AND WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN IT IS RESCHEDULED> CERT Animal Response Modules I & II You will learn: CERT Animal Response I The purpose of this module is to teach CERT graduates emergency preparedness for animal owners and how to recognize specific animal behaviors. CERT Animal Response II The purpose of this module is to ensure that CERT graduates can respond safely and appropriately in emergency events involving animals. CERT supplemental training on animals is meant to support the disaster response training that participants have already received in the CERT Basic Training course. In terms of disaster response, the focus of these modules will be preparation for situations involving animals that they may encounter in performing their broader CERT functions. Training Date: Training is all day Sunday June 7, 2020 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Bring your lunch, there isn't enough time to go off-site!
