Small girl in need of truck!

Hello Community! So I'm in desperate need of a truck, automatic due to a messed up shoulder and hip from a car accident. I've been through the ringer with so many people flaking on me when I go to look at a truck posted for sale on here. The truck doesn't even have to be pretty, I just need it to be able to pick up firewood to heat my house to stay warm through the winter cuz it's the only way that I heat my house is with a wood-burning stove. And whenever I've offered to pay people to help me go pick up wood with their truck it usually falls through and then I'm stuck freezing in my house. I don't have a lot of money but I do own a cleaning business and could work out some sort of partial payment or work trade in exchange for a truck. Like I said it doesn't have to be pretty as long as it's automatic and I'm able to see over the dash as I'm a small female at 5'1. Please let me know if you or someone you know may have an older truck that they're no longer using and would be willing to part with it.
