As the holiday season approach us stress may begin to build up but we will not carry on the Dis-Ease during a pandemic. Join us to relax!
The essence of simplicity is sometimes overlooked! With breath and slow movement students will have an amazing embodiment experience. Students will make use a natural holistic tools such as the Tibetan Bowl (pure healing frequencies) and the throat chakra (the fifth chakra from root to crown) allowing each to take home simple relaxing techniques to share with love ones, co-workers, neighbors etc.

In this class we will practice mindful meditation by connecting with our senses. With Tibetan Relaxation we develop a whole new way of being. When we learn to open our senses and touch our feelings directly, our bodies and minds make full contact with one another, and all our experience become richer, healthier and more fulfilling.
