Need hot tub moved

I have an old hot tub that needs to be moved out of my back porch and taken to landfill (I assume, as no one has responded to my free hot tub ad). We are about 2 miles from the Fairfax landfill. The tub is about 6 foot square and can fit through the door. Also have cover to dispose of. Please send me a general estimate and time frame for when you can do this. Also let me know if you have insurance. I'll respond by Monday. Thanks!
