Press release from the City of Albany: 10/29/2021 1:20 PM Request for Information On Thursday October 28, 2021 at approximately 4:11 pm, a 15 year old male student was walking home from Albany High School, when he noticed an adult male near the front entrance of the school. As the juvenile walked away from the school the male subject followed while repeating "who needs a ride" numerous times as he walked down the street. At this time, it does not appear that the subject engaged in any malicious activity beyond the statement he made. The subject was described as a white male adult, 40 to 50 years of age, taller than average, medium build, short gray hair, wearing a gray T-shirt and a Covid mask over his nose and mouth. The subject did not appear to have facial hair.  There was no vehicle associated with the subject.
