Schedule with next 1-3 weeks max. You must commit to work no less than 40 hours a week on the project until completed(no job hopping). Basic minor demo Basic Framing - closets, 1-2 walls, etc. Drywall hang & finish 1-10 sheets Install laminate/LVT floors, trim Install Kitchen cabinets, laminate countertops, appliances, etc. Install Prehung interior/exterior doors & slabs fit to opening, door casing, custom returns, etc. Install plumbing supply(PEX) and waste drains basement floor up Install bathtubs surrounds, toilets, vanities etc. We usually sub out all HVAC/Electric/roofing/ & large drywall jobs. Helpful to have experience with Small hvac alterations (relocating 1-2 supply returns, or add-ons) Small electric (swapping lights, plugs, installing gfi) We provide all materials, you must have your own tools.
