4' x 8' table work space for rent within big factory studio. Skylights, sink, heat. Nothing toxic or noisy. I'm there about 20-30 hours a week and almost never at night. I'm flexible to work out details. ($300 - 600 a month) Month by month, short term usage (project) is fine.
