Missing Golden Retriever Puppy

My 5 month old golden retriever puppy was taken from my lawn at my house on Plumas St. My neighbor across the street saw a lady pull over, ask if it was his dog and take him into her car. His name is Archie, he is a red colored golden retriever and is very friendly. He was not wearing his collar and I assume this is all a mistake. Please help me find my baby! I got him right after my last golden died of old age and I can't lose my best friend again :(
