Reward: Silver Framework Laptop Stolen at Mamoun's Falafel + Backpack

A black Under Armor Backpack was taken from Mamoun's around 11pm on Wednesday night (11/10). Inside of it was a Framework laptop, a handheld recorder zoom h14n, and a few other things. An employee saw that this bag was left behind and a person was caught on camera claiming it was theirs. This person's face was caught clearly on a camera. I've called a several pawn stores and some of them are telling me they won't buy this laptop because it is not an Apple or major brand laptop. If anyone has seen this backpack or knows more information, please let me know. I am willing to pay a reward to get this laptop back, ideally with the backpack as well. No questions asked. I simply want these items back.
