Hi – we are looking for reliable contractors to assist with apartment renovations and maintenance. We pay well and pay quickly for good work. We have an “endless” stream of opportunities, ranging from haul outs when tenants move out, regular maintenance (in example, painting or fixing a clogged drain), and larger specialized projects such as roofing fixes and drywall repair. We also have full units that need to be renovated, which will go to the most reliable and consistent contractor partners who show themselves to be reliable with smaller tasks first.
