Hello, I am looking for someone to fix my current house and I also have another property that was damaged by the tenants. I am buying another property next year to move into, so I would like these both to be fixed by the middle of next year. Looking for someone to do long-term business with. I was actually scammed a few times trying to get this done, some people did shotty work, or didn’t show up to the job after being paid etc. I am more than happy to buy the materials that you require, I have a truck so I can get everything from the store. But I will not pay for jobs upfront. All that being said, for this first job I need the bathroom to look better. Nothing fancy, just finished. The last guy that came was coughing pretty bad and he said he had to go home and rest and he never came back to finish the job. So I would like it finished. The spot behind the tub was supposed to be cabinets. The ceiling light does not work. There are some pretty big gaps between the drywall.
