** Please provide estimate - NO ESTIMATE, NO REPLY ** Garage - 20-ft x 10-ft Please quote LABOR + MATERIALS: * Remove existing damaged roof and haul trash away. * Install new torch down rubber roof (along with replacement of underlying plywood). * Grind and mortar brick where needed. * Tear down and re-brick using existing bricks where bowed out from wall (aprox 8 rows starting at top).
