Hiring Experienced Manager/Field Manager and Cleaner: $50,000/year, $300 car allowance, $200 gas allowance, Company Provided IPhone CMT Cleaning has been in business for over 16 years. CMT Janitorial services over 75 buildings on a daily and weekly basis, in which we perform weekly and monthly quality control checks. We are a rapidly growing company with clients throughout the northwest part of the city. We are seeking a hiring manager/field manager to join our growing janitorial company. We are looking for this individual to understand our business and hire reliable individuals. This job will also include working in the field approximately 20 hours per week of cleaning, and learning about our clients. This position would report to the CEO of our company, and have weekly meetings with the CEO & Management Team and periodically the owner. This position has the capability for rapid advancement and ability to earn a company vehicle. Manager Job Responsibilities: ~Perform inspections at various accounts on a web-based app ~Clean, stock, maintain, and supply designated facility areas ~Post jobs on search engines and social media ~Experience with interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training ~Keen eye for finding reliable and hardworking individuals ~ Accomplishes staff results by communicating, planning, and forecasting with Management team ~ Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment emphasizing an Open Door Policy ~Efficient on social media and job recruiting platforms and able to respond and set up interviews in a quick and timely manner ~Ability to work independently and also the ability to manage your team training them to work efficiently to complete a job ~Ability to create schedules on a web-based app program for yourself and your team ~Ability to problem solve ~Order supplies as needed before they are out of stock ~Ability to do detail cleaning ~Work quickly and efficiently ~ Contributes with a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed   Qualifications: ~Proven work experience as a Cleaner (Please provide a resume with 2 referrals) ~Hiring/Management Experience a plus ~Reliable and dependable ~Ability to lift heavy bags and boxes, up to 30lbs ~Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies a plus ~High school degree ~Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check Contact Marcia if interested at 612-554-1374 Or visit our website at www.cmtjanitorial.com, scroll down to "Become an Employee" and click on that and fill out the application.
