remove all the trash inside and outside the house and take a picture of each room and the front driveway has to be clean and broom swept clean with nothing left in the driveway and nothing left in any rooms of the house and nothing in the basement or porches and back yard and nothing hidden on the neighbors yards and everything gone.........including doors that are not attached to a door or entranceway, odd doors, big and small wood event tiny pieces and big boards the size of doors and drywall and bags and tin and metal and paint and paint cans and odd things and two railroad ties and bricks and big odd stones all gone with pictures and no tricks. $100 same day by western union. i will need to see your drivers license before i can pay you and the pictures have to be clear and proving it is all gone by cell phone photos. you cannot ask for the money after it is dark and say oh its dark i cant take the pictures but i want to get paid. sorry nothing there. you have to have a truck and bags with you to take it all you may need two trips
