61 years old, tired of drunks and addicts. just want a quite place where me and my little dog can relax. im a retired painter and i am willing to do work in exchange for partial rent. i also have savings so i can also pay rent without work. I also know electrical and plumbing. would really like to find a place i can take care of, apartment building, rental houses. I am quite, respectful, and clean. my dog is very friendly and does not destroy apartment. he does not go to the bathroom in the house. i have a decent car and can travel to jobs if necessary. so, if you have a small mother in law apt. or small unit somewhere in connecticut, please contact me. also willing to do yard work, errands, etc...
