 Maintenance Tech needed for apartment complexes in Thurston County Duties include: • Completing service requests within 24 hrs. of submission. • Preparing vacant apartments for the new residents. Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing repairs, and preventative maintenance a must. • Attention to detail and a self starter. • Swimming pool certified is preferred. • Perform routine and emergency maintenance. • On-call required as needed (rotating schedule) * Assist as needed for sister communities Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Required Qualifications • A minimum of three years experience as a Maintenance Technician is preferred. • High school diploma/GED • Strong professionalism, communication and “people skills” • Must possess attention to detail • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Driver's license and reliable transportation • Experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.
