Who we are and what we do: RL Vantage Point is Michigan's biggest field inspection company, and as we grow bigger we are looking to add more inspectors throughout the state. Our company verifies occupancy and condition of residential homes for various banks, insurance, and mortgage companies throughout the state. There is no special licensing required for this position, but inspectors must be highly-organized and self-motivated. This is NOT a sales position. This is a Part Time 1099 contract position that would be ideal for anyone looking to add extra monthly income. ================================================================================ What we are looking for: Individuals looking to make extra part time income, or looking to start working for themselves full time. We offer extensive training over zoom, and daily support to all inspectors. You must have a vehicle for this position, and must be able to complete work during daylight hours. We do require a clear background check on all contractors. We do not require any proof of Covid vaccinations or testing. Pay is per house completed, and determined by the area inspector chooses to work in. We do not pay mileage or reimburse for gas. Pay is direct deposited every 2 weeks. Our company will provide you with all the necessary tools to get started in the field.
