Hi,Looking for a honest person that have some knowledge of food trailers This is the story I'm in process of redoing a foodtrailer When I purchased it everything was in working order We unhooked it from the electric pole it was in downtown Portland drove it to my house in Wood Village 238th/Sandy Blvd All summer we have taken all cooking equipment out Cleaned and scrubbed Now it's time to put it all together again Need help!!! I had a guy doing great work Unfortunately drugs got the better of him he stole a $600 generator from me so needless to say I'm now stuck with no help It's not that much to do Need water heater and water lines and waterpump to be hooked up with plumber tape making sure no leaks water tank sits on roof Then electric system need to have a outlet where I can plug into a pole I will find out from the pod what kind I need to plug into it was hard wired in down town Portland Pod where I be parked is still under construction But pretty sure they can tell me what kind of electric outlets it will be sure I can go talk to them about it I don't know if we can test the electric part with a generator at my house(Police located it getting it back This week) that's why I need somebody with some knowledge All cooking equipment need to be put together and hooked to the propane and fiered up propane line it's a double line outside got 1 tank so need to capp 1 line for the testing I put a new fan belt in hoodfan so it need to be started making sure it runs and tension on belt is correct That's it!!! For somebody with knowledge and smarts it should not take to long I can pay by the hr 16@hr or we can agree on a flat fee for the job I'm hoping for next weekend or the one after Please no drugs or drinking!!
