General Position Summary Outside Van is seeking qualified candidates for our production facility that converts vans into purpose-built adventure vehicles. Seeking Van Builder - Paneling Tech. This position is responsible for supporting the plant to ensure vans are built timely and accurately. Responsibilities include cutting, fitting and wrapping panels and components. Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities Measure, cut and fit paneling for vans Install panels in vans Operate glue spray gun Follow instructions and communicate with teammates Operate different tools, such as palm and belt sander, razor blades/knife, staple gun, air saw, measuring tape, saw table and routers Maintain a clean area and positive work environment Must be able to work in a team setting and be a team player Other duties as assigned Qualifications (Education & Experience) · We are seeking qualified individuals, who have related labor experience & have a clear understanding of the use of a variety of shop & hand tools. · Experience with use of hand and power tools · Ability to safely and accurately operate various hand and power tools · Ability to work in both a team environment and independently · Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions · Excellent organizational and communication skills · Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines · Problem solving, systems and method improvements skills · High attention to detail and accuracy · Actively show initiative and adapt to rapid change · Proactive and committed to continual improvement · Ability to maintain confidentiality · Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record.
