You will need to have wide range of carpentry experience from concrete to finishing as well as resourcefulness and be a team player. The current 32-unit project in Kihei we are working on is 8 fourplexes. We are self-proforming a lot of the work so the more experience you can bring to the table, the better. Let us know about your experience of all aspects of building from foundation up, preferably commercial experience. Paradise Ridge Maui com is our current residential build in Kihei, HI for Licensed Contractor Valley Isle Enterprises, Ltd License BC-35701.
