2004 Ford E450 keeps dying

I have a 2004 Ford E450 bus that keeps dying. I had a new PCM installed and it's still doing it. It does need a new #6 coil but it feels like it's not getting enough fuel. Last time it happened the fuel pump wasn't getting power.
