Rehoming new baby Shihtzu

Hey everyone, I have a baby Shihtzu that needs rehoming. He is about 4 weeks old and and a few pounds. I have personal things going on and am not able to keep him. Due to this whoever takes him will have to buy him the puppy milk from petsmart and fed him with a bottle for about 2 more weeks. His rehoming fee is $600 but I will negotiate the price if need be.
