The City of Carson is proud to present a Holiday of Lights Drive-Thru event for families in Carson. The Community Services Department is hosting a Holiday of Lights Drive-Thru event for City of Carson residents only. Please observe the following guidelines for your safety and the safety of those around you: • You must have reservations and present your printed or digital ticket at your scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You will not be guaranteed admission should you arrive at another time other than your scheduled time. • Ticket reservations are per vehicle . Do not register everyone in your party. Only one person with a City of Carson address is required to register. ID will be checked to verify City of Carson residency. • Only the first 400 registered participants will be given a toy. • Please indicate the number of children in your party when prompted to. Only children will be given a holiday treat at the event. Children must be present to receive their giveaway. • Children are encouraged to bring their letters to Santa. They will have the opportunity to drop-off their letter in one of the North Pole mailboxes. • Vehicles may not be taller than 10 feet high. Vehicles taller than 10 feet will not be allowed entry. • You must stay within your vehicle at all times. • No public restrooms will be available. • You must adhere to staff directions at all times, including with respect to the enforcement of wearing face coverings. • You must wear a face covering when your vehicle’s windows are rolled down. • The driver of your vehicle must not exceed a driving speed of 5 MPH. • The driver of your vehicle must obey all traffic laws and may only drive on designated pathways or as guided by our staff. • The driver of your vehicle must maintain a safe driving distance from all surrounding vehicles at all times. • While your vehicle is in motion, the driver of your vehicle may not use a handheld cellphone for any purpose, including, without limitation, for calling, texting, and/or taking pictures or videos. Non-driving passengers may take pictures and videos. • Although this is a free event, we will be collecting donations of non-perishable foods or canned food that will be distributed to Victory Outreach of Carson. We hope our families in Carson will enjoy this free holiday drive-thru event and that it will bring cheer during this pandemic holiday season.
