Due to Covid and general similar, there has become available some fabulous rehearsal Studio space. This is not a business, it is a private upscale fully loaded facility which has been around for over 10 years.... a music shack for just a few bands to share and interact. The break up of a few bands has created for the first time in years a few nights which can be dedicated to a band should they wish a secure real life studio practice space. Times and days available can be discussed and flexibility is possible. Not looking to rent to short term groups, this is a place where we want people to stay and enjoy and share music, meet others similar and have the benefits of not carrying gear around. Bass players, drummers bring essentially nothing but sticks or a guitar........killer set up for each of these players. Full PA, full climate control and private located in a business park building. No one has ever been here and not wanted to join in, usually do not have any space time to rent as most days of the week have always been taken...but there is now some ready for new members of the music community.
