The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy at our manufacturing facilities in Riverside CA. This role will report to the Production Manager Ensures inventory accuracy (system vs. physical) and that the stated quantities of inventory are accurately identified in their various conditions and locations. Utilizes root cause analysis to investigate, correct, and mitigate inventory variances. Manages obsolete/excess inventory disposition process Collaborates with Buyer/Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels. Analyzes all proposed inventory adjustments within the system and recommends the appropriate course of action. Identifies opportunities to implement best-in-class inventory control methodologies and best practices. Develops and implements processes to ensure that all inventory movements are being properly recorded and executed. Assists in ad-hoc requests as needed.
