COLTON,CA ***FELONY FRIENDLY*** *COVID VACCINE REQUIRED* $17/H 1st SHIFT: 5:00 AM through 1:30 PM 2nd SHIFT: 1:30 PM through 10:00 PM 3rd SHIFT: 10:00 PM through 5:00 AM **Machine Operator** Job Description • Reports directly to the Plant Superintendent • Responsible for o Setting-up, operating, and properly maintaining equipment according to the Plant Superintendent expectations, production schedule, and labor standards. o Producing consistent high-quality product according to established product Quality Standards o Planning ahead for machine changeovers when changing over from one product to another. o Reporting daily production that meet or exceed productivity standards. o Working, in collaboration with the Plant Superintendent, to establish best practices and proper maintenance of equipment. o Perform general housekeeping duties in production area; maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and procedures. o Reporting, immediately, any maintenance problems to Plant Superintendent Following all policies and procedures.
