Orange Longhair Kitty needs new home

We have a very sweet 3 or 4 y/o longhair orange tabby who needs a new home since our housing situation has fallen through. He's been neutered, he's litterbox trained, and he's really friendly. He's always been an indoor cat and I'd like him to stay that way since he's not used to the outdoors! He's used to other cats and dogs. He didn't seem to like my parent's male cat but has been very friendly with all the other cats he's met. I'd like to ask a 20 dollar re-home fee just to be safe.
