Cat advice..weening fixing

I have female that has kittens who have started to eat solid foid, but she is still nursing sometimes. Can I get her fixed if she is still making milk? I have 4 males, and she is also in heat at the same time. I can't afford vet bills and would like to rehome kittens and three males that are two years and one that is 3 years.
