This term is packed with fun cooking classes to stir your culinary enthusiasm. Tues., Nov. 16, 6-8:30 pm / $59 / One Class All supplies included in class fee. Bisque to broth, vegan or not, there are so many choices for making tasty soups. And soups are a wonderful meal as the chill of autumn turns towards winter. In this class, we will explore the basics of creating a variety of deeply satisfying soups that provide warmth for your bowl and satisfy your belly. About Your Instructor- Mona Bronson-Fuqua & Rebecca Denney Mona Bronson-Fuqua is CEO and Chef of Je Nais Se Fuqua LLC. Chef Mona combines her culinary passion with a desire to help others overcome food insecurities as a chef instructor for Cooking for the Family through St. Francis Seraph Ministries. Rebecca is the founder of Paleolicious and a personal chef at The Modern Farmhouse Kitchen. Her mission is to show people they can eat amazing food that just happens to be better for their health.
