As a Quality Tech Apprentice, you will learn how to inspect precision parts that go into complex products such as medical equipment, electronics, firearms, and more. Schedule Monday – Friday (some Saturdays), 40+ hours per week 1st shift is 7:00 am – 4:00 pm 2nd shift is 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm 3rd shift is 11:00 pm – 7:30 am *Note: all new employees must start initial training on 1st shift Daily Duties *Navigate basic computer software *Inspect parts and/or raw material in accordance with technical drawings *Problem solve and make decisions *Create discrepancy reports for non-compliance *Authorize compliant parts to move to next step in operation *Regularly lift and move 35+ lbs. *Stand and walk 6-8 hours Minimum Requirements *Stable work history *Able to work 1st shift, and at least one of the off shifts (2nd / 3rd) *Good attention to details *Good communication skills *Able to work individually and in a team setting *Pass: math test (6th grade equivalent), vision test, drug test, and background check *High school diploma or GED (or GED equivalent) *Quality Pay Progression Apprentice Year 1: (no experience): $15.00/hr minimum Apprentice Year 2: $17.00/hr minimum Apprentice Year 3: $18.00/hr minimum Apprentice Graduate: $21.00/hr +
